Massachusetts sets aside real money to help employers train their people, and AI training qualifies. Most of it never reaches the businesses that need it most. Large employers have HR departments that know the programs exist. Owner-operators are busy running the business, and nobody tells them.
AI Fundraising is how we close that gap. We track the state and regional programs that can fund AI training and adoption, tell you plainly which ones you qualify for, line up a provider the state has already approved, and get your paperwork ready so the application goes in clean and on time. You file it. We make sure it is right.
What our relationships are for
We work these programs every week. That means working relationships with the people who administer them, with the regional workforce boards, and with the training providers on the state's approved lists. We use those relationships the way they should be used: to get straight answers on eligibility, to match operators with approved providers, and to fix problems before an application is filed. They do not buy anyone an award. The state decides every application on its merits, and we will tell you when we think yours is not ready.
Where the money is today
The main source is the Workforce Training Fund Program, administered by Commonwealth Corporation. Its Express Program reimburses employers with 100 or fewer Massachusetts W-2 employees for up to 100% of approved courses, up to $15,000 per company per calendar year. Its General Program funds larger training plans from $10,000 to $200,000 with a 1-to-1 match, and wages you pay trainees during training count toward that match. One thing we will always be straight about: these programs pay for training, not for consulting, software or implementation. We help you fund the part that can be funded and scope the rest honestly.
