Most teams are already using AI. A few people are good at it, most are guessing, and nobody has checked whether the output can be trusted. That is not a tool problem. It is a training problem, and it is the cheapest one to fix.
Our AI training is live and instructor-led, not a video library. Each course is 10 instructional hours spread over 4 to 5 weeks, in small cohorts, so your people keep doing their jobs while they learn. The price is $300 an instructional hour, so $3,000 per trainee, with a two-seat minimum. There are five courses, each built for a different kind of team: a general course for mixed small business teams, one for finance, accounting and payroll, one for field service and trades, one for professional practices, and a technical course on Claude Code for operations and data people.
The state can pay for it
If you are a Massachusetts employer with 100 or fewer W-2 employees, the Workforce Training Fund Express Program can reimburse up to 100% of the tuition: up to $3,000 per employee per course and $15,000 per company per calendar year. Ten hours is where the state's $300 hourly cap and its $3,000 per-person cap meet, which is why every course is exactly that length. You pay the invoice first and are reimbursed after training if your application was approved. Larger employers can use the General Program instead. Massachusetts is not the only state on the list. Rhode Island reimburses 75% of training costs for employers under 25 staff and 50% above that, up to $5,000 per trainee and $25,000 a year, with no approved-provider list. Vermont covers up to 50% through the Vermont Training Program. Connecticut has federal money at its regional workforce boards, with terms set board by board. Maine matches up to $1,200 per frontline worker. Each has its own page: Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut and Maine.
Who teaches it
Courses are delivered live by our training partner, a registered Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Program training provider. Rhode Island, Vermont and Maine require no provider registration at all.
