Most teams are already using AI. A few people are good at it, most are guessing, and nobody has checked whether the output can be trusted. That is not a tool problem. It is a training problem, and it is the cheapest one to fix.
Our AI training is live and instructor-led, not a video library. Each course is 10 instructional hours spread over 4 to 5 weeks, in small cohorts, so your people keep doing their jobs while they learn. There are five courses, each built for a different kind of team: a general course for mixed small business teams, one for finance, accounting and payroll, one for field service and trades, one for professional practices, and a technical course on Claude Code for operations and data people.
The state can pay for it
If you are a Massachusetts employer with 100 or fewer W-2 employees, the Workforce Training Fund Express Program can reimburse up to 100% of the tuition: up to $3,000 per employee per course and $15,000 per company per calendar year. You pay the invoice first and are reimbursed after training if your application was approved. Larger employers can use the General Program instead. Who teaches it
Courses are delivered live by our training partner, a registered Workforce Training Fund Express Program training provider. JMK Ventures handles course fit, scheduling and everything that comes after: once your team is trained, our free AI audit maps which automations are worth building first. Approval of any grant is decided by Commonwealth Corporation and is never guaranteed.
